Our founder began her journey in the hotel industry in her twenties, where she learned the art of true hospitality—attention to detail, consistency, and going above and beyond for every guest. What started as helping friends with their homes soon grew into a full-time calling. After moving to Florida, she expanded her expertise into vacation rental cleaning, mastering fast turnaround times and guest-ready perfection.

When she returned home to Chattanooga, she launched what is now Premier Cleaning Service, a company built on family values, integrity, and a passion for excellence. As Airbnb and vacation rentals grew in the region, so did the business. Today, our team proudly serves a wide range of clients—Short-Term Vacation Rentals (STVR), Residential Homes, and Commercial Properties.
